One on one support for individuals who wish to address problematic use of alcohol and other drugs

Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) , motivational interviewing, and 12 Step facilitation

Recovery Case Management to support transition from treatment, including regular individual sessions, coordination of services, monitoring and employment and financial coaching.
Family Counseling
Addiction is referred to as a ‘family disease’ because it profoundly affects family members. Families need support during all phases of addiction and recovery. I support families by:

SUD Prevention
While individual substance use disorder risk factors include a person’s genetic predisposition to addiction or exposure to alcohol prenatally, life experiences can contribute to risk. I work with individuals to:
