Step 2: Assessment
Set up a time to come to my office for an initial assessment. The goals for the initial assessment will be:
- To understand your use history
- To understand your medical and mental health, family and social history
- To assess any risk or other factors that could impact your goals for counseling
Expect your visit to last 90-120 minutes.

The family is the foundational institution of society ordained by God, and I journey with the whole family because addiction and other co-occurring disorders impact the whole unit.

My journey towards addiction counseling and focus on mental health disorders begun with my love for youth, and as a PreK-12 educator, I am committed to the health and well-being for the whole family.
I am Independent
As a private practice independent from any treatment center or health management systems, I focus our attention on meeting your needs and I walk with you until you are ready to walk on your own.
